FROM JFK
Go to the Airtrain station at JFK- take airtrain to Jamaica station - JFK airport Change on Jamaica station transfert to subway E (blue) - direction: World Trade Center - get off the train at 7th ave/53 street Stop. STAY inside station - switch to subway D or B across the platform Direction uptown/205th street - stop at 125th street if taking D, 135th street if taking B train. ind. Walk to 259 w 132 st.
FROM NEWARK
Train: Take the AirTrain/NJ transit to New York Penn Station (about 35 minutes). Transfer to the Uptown 2 or 3 train to 135th Street. From there, walk west to Adam Clayton Powell Blvd, then south three blocks to 132nd Street. Cost of train: $15, Cost of subway: $2.25.

From Laguardia Internal RY - Central term building - bus 106 st. Laguardia airport - direction: west side Bway - 106 st via 125 arrive w 125 st - Fred Douglass Bl (FDB) Walk north 7 block or take M10 bus corner of 125th st/FDB to 259 w 132 st.
